Kids need to be physically active for at least an hour each day, so ensure that they get some time outside and have the opportunity to run, jump, cycle and play. This will energise them, help their immune systems and promote healthy weight.
Kids learn by watching their parents and caregivers, so it is important that adults lead healthy lifestyles to set a positive example. This includes not smoking, drinking too much and limiting screen time.
