The first thing you should do is update your existing setup so that it includes the latest version of Microsoft Office.

In order to do this you should first go into the control panel and then select add new programs, after which you will need to enter the product key. Once you have completed this step, you should proceed to click on next, where you will enter the product key of the application that you want to install. This is followed by clicking on Next, where you will choose the platform on which you are going to run your setup, there are two main choices which include either: windows XP Home or Windows Vista Home or windows 7 Home or windows 8 Home. After you have selected the platform you can then proceed to click next, where you will select whether you want a visual Basic for Applications or Microsoft Office Setup, and lastly you will need to enter the product key of your choice.
